LEAN LEARNING FACTORY
The Lean Learning Factory is a hands-on experiential training model, designed in a LEAN way as a “miniature simulation of a real factory”, where learners can:

Practice real production processes,

Experience workplace scenarios,

Learn to apply technical knowledge, lean thinking, and teamwork skills directly within a simulated or semi-real environment.
In other words: Learn by doing, do with guidance, mistakes bring feedback, and success leads to standardization.
