Businesses & employees in Vietnam have been facing increasingly unpredictable changes in both social & economic terms, especially from the Covid-19 pandemic aftermaths. While both have been making all efforts possible to operate "normal" businesses & keep "normal" jobs/incomes, there is a fact that they both really need new ways of working & operating which are leaner, more effective that make sure both work better together to become more resilient organizations, ready for any new challenges including the economic downturns.
Prior to, during & post Covid19, Respect Vietnam & its strategic partners have been studying, pilot-testing & actually delivering a number of new workplace initiatives at many crisis-prone industries, including labor-intensive manufacturers, hotels, hospitals, service-providing businesses, etc.
