The Know 1: LEAN THINKING AS PART OF POST-COVID19 WORKING LIFE

This is the first out of 5 training workshops – THE KNOW SERIES – which is co-hosted by Respect Vietnam and AmCham Vietnam.

While enterprises all understand the meaning of legal compliance & work discipline as the foundation of business efficiency (for local enterprises) & business opportunities (for enterprises entering the international markets), there is a the fact that the training & application of hundred-page standards, rules and regulations have been a real challenge for many businesses.

Enterprises have been making a great deal of efforts to build comprehensive, all-inclusive yet bulky and cumbersome documents, which are made of hundreds of pages. This makes the reading, understanding, memorizing and applying rules and policies never become an easy task for employees & managers.

Realizing this challenge for many years, Respect Vietnam has successfully researched & developed THE KNOW, a set of optimal solutions for lean thinking & design thinking at work, helping businesses become leaner in standardizing internal standards & policies before moving to digitalisation.

After Covid19, as lean thinking has been becoming essential for business in Vietnam, Respect Vietnam and AmCham Vietnam co-organize THE KNOW SERIES, which include 5 training seminars in Vietnam, for 200 leaders & employees in the enterprises who aim to moving towards digitizing their organizational governance.
