Drowning After Hypergrowth
Last year our app randomly blew up on Product Hunt and we tripled revenue in one quarter. Sounds great, right? Except we hired too fast, roles overlap, and nobody owns strategy anymore. I spend my days putting out fires. Has anyone worked with a solid consulting, strategic company that helps founders zoom out and rebuild structure without killing momentum?

I feel this. When our side-project suddenly got featured and traffic spiked, we went from “fun nights coding” to “oh crap we need HR and processes” almost overnight. We hired like mad, roles blurred, and I literally became the human switchboard for every decision. What helped me get out of the weeds was finding someone who could help me zoom out — not just patch fires. I came across maturity models which wasn’t sales-y, but gave real frameworks to assess where we actually were versus where we wanted to go. Worth checking out before burnout wins!
