The newlywed couple also looked at real estate in a better neighborhood (Adrian asked sensible questions about the details, i.e., the type of plumbing, the amount of taxes, etc.) while Rocky just commented: "I know a pretty good deal when I see one" - and he hastily acquired a mortgage and put a down payment on a two-story place.
