From transforming business practices to nurturing future leaders, our journey has been fueled
by a passion for making a meaningful impact. We've learned, grown, and thrived together, driven
by our commitment to leveraging Vietnam's "latecomer" advantage in the region & the globe.
One of our core missions has been to debunk the myth that economic growth must come at the cost of social and environmental sustainability. We have demonstrated through our initiatives that it is possible to achieve robust economic development while also prioritizing social equity and environmental stewardship.
We have also challenged the conventional wisdom that learning and education require extensive time to simultaneously foster social equality and trade development. Our innovative approaches have shown that with the right strategies, significant progress can be made in a shorter timeframe.
Moreover, we have addressed the socio-economic dilemmas posed by global, regional, and national policies. By advocating for integrated and forward-thinking solutions, we have helped navigate these complex challenges effectively.
At Respect Vietnam, we believe that lasting solutions lie in transforming mindsets. We have emphasized that mind transformation can outpace advancements in AI and technology, unlocking human potential in unprecedented ways. However, this requires leaders to collaborate in a lean and efficient manner.
Over the years, many classic concepts and familiar initiatives such as Lean Thinking, Systems Thinking, OKR/KPI, Framework of Competence, Performance Management, Business Models, Balanced Scorecards, etc., have been distinguished & become regional, even global leading through deep research efforts, practical refinements, and unique modeling by Respect Vietnam.
Many leading international organizations, government agencies, and innovation ecosystems, along with their leaders, personnel, and communities, have thoroughly applied these initiatives to simplify and address such profound & persistent issues as bridging the gap between ESG strategy and execution, synchronizing regulatory standards within the organization and value chain, aligning resource priorities with core business objectives, and eliminating the divide between Human Resource Management and Business Models, etc.
