WORKSHOP ON APPLYING LEAN THINKING IN LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS - ACCELERATING THE INTEGRATION OF ESG INTO CORE BUSINESS PRIORITIES In Hanoi, Respect Vietnam, along with the Australian Chamber of Commerce, organized the workshop "Lean ESG in Learning Organisations - An Accelerator to Integrate ESG into Core Business Priorities" with the participation of managers, investors, business leaders, ESG experts, and sustainability professionals. According to experts, in Vietnam, only 5% of surveyed companies are practicing ESG, which includes Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects. The main challenges remain the lack of ESG knowledge, unclear regulations and guidelines, leadership capacity, and a significant gap between planning and implementation results. The workshop presents a unique opportunity for businesses genuinely wanting to transform with ESG to connect with like-minded experts to answer two crucial choices: "Just go and the road will be made" or "The wind only favors those who know where they are going." Choosing the right approach, along with applying lean thinking across the organization, is the key to accelerating success and integrating ESG into core business strategies - "where the goal is, the results will follow."
