Ngày 09/5/2024, Respect Việt Nam và WISE đã đồng tổ chức Buổi tham vấn: “Cách tiếp cận mới về Phát triển & Kinh doanh bền vững trong ngành hospitality". Buổi tham vấn có sự tham gia, chia sẻ, thảo luận sôi nổi từ đại diện của nhiều doanh nghiệp khác nhau hoạt động trong ngành Hospitality như H&K Hospitality, Al Fresco, Novotel, Tân Mỹ Design,… 👩‍💼 Tại Buổi Tham vấn, bà Hà Đặng – Sáng lập Respect Việt Nam đã có bài chia sẻ với chủ đề "Do the RIGHT things RIGHT - Nâng tầm ưu thế cạnh tranh từ tư duy thị trường bền vững chọn lọc với ESG. Trong đó, bà Hà chia sẻ: ♡ Cách tiếp cận mới thúc đẩy kinh doanh có trách nhiệm trong gien tổ chức, đặt con người vào vị trí trung tâm với 03 giai đoạn: Do the things right - Do the right things - Do the right things right; ♡ Câu chuyện bình đẳng giới và những thách thức trong ngành Hosipitality với các tác phẩm biếm họa do Respect Việt Nam sáng tạo ♡ Cách tiếp cận mới gắn kết Các nguyên tắc trao quyền cho phụ nữ của UNWOMEN với kết quả kinh doanh thông qua Thẻ điểm cân bằng (Balance Score Card); Một trang giấy tạo thay đổi OPC nhằm quản trị tinh gọn mục tiêu, cân đối "TIỀN" & "TIẾNG và Mô hình Tổ chức học tập thu hẹp khoảng cách giữa Chiến lược và thực thi.
