FELLOWSHIP FOR 100 FEMALE LEADERS
OF LEARNING ORGANISATIONS

The exponential growth projected for the Vietnamese economy has been posing not only opportunities but also a myriad of challenges for women. The dynamic business environment is fuelled by escalating affluence, improving infrastructure, enabling prioritization yet greater complication, faster changes, and much higher gender inequality, especially in leadership.

Female leadership therefore should be refined & rewarded in the face of the least-mentioned yet fastest-growing challenges: INSPIRING & LEADING CHANGES THROUGH ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING, which has been proved critical for organizational, team & individual excellence of any size & any industry.

 

Organizational Learning of its own accord has been recognized as the unique "DO THE RIGHT THINGS RIGHT" approach for leaders, especially females, who are determined to transform their entire organizations from good to great. 

 

Therefore, Respect Vietnam, as one of the founding members of the Vietnam Community of Organisational Learning (VCOL), is determined to celebrate the female leadership of learning organizations with the Coaching Fellowship for 100 women leaders of potential impact across Vietnam.

The Coaching Fellowship is a professional coaching program for female leaders in both for-profit & non-profit organizations. Our experienced coaches are trained to accelerate leadership potential and work with the fellows to attain their goals of building learning organizations.

 

Our women leader fellows will be part of a national woman of impact network which stretches +100 organizations across Vietnam. 

Each & every out of100 female leaders is coached within 1 to 6 weeks to develop her LEARNING SELF, her LEARNING TEAMS & her LEARNING ORGANISATIONS as captured in the "Made in Vietnam" Organisational Learning Model developed by Respect Vietnam (see 3 clusters below).

 

The Coaching Fellowship is sponsored by Respect Vietnam, its endorsers, and the founding members of the Vietnam Community of Organisational Learning (VCOL).

All stories of the100 female leader fellows are captured, told & inspired by 200 comics pre-launching, post-launching & post-fellowship (see Tentative Agenda below).
