8 Months, 5 Signature Projects:

What We Built in 8 Months (and Why It Matters)

It's been a season of real conversations, real frameworks, and real research — all built around one question: what does it actually take for organizations in Vietnam to grow well, not just grow fast?

Here's a look back at what we've shipped.

 🎙️ The Chopstick Friends Podcast

Eight episodes. Eight sharp conversations

With leaders and ambassadors who've had to bridge culture, capability, and complexity — not in theory, but on the ground.

We ended this series with a dialogue between the Dutch Ambassador to Vietnam and the Former Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany on what makes cross-cultural collaboration actually work — in business and diplomacy alike. For the entire series, we went deep on the gaps that quietly decide whether strategy becomes reality:

  • Human Capability — closing the gap between fast growth and slower-maturing talent, with Alison Astarita -  Vice President Operations ASSA ABLOY Vietnam

  • Organizational Capability — turning well-written strategy into operational delivery, with Natalie Fairlie - Vice President, AusCham Vietnam

  • Learning & Creativity — where real creativity begins once learning speeds up, with James Rhee - American impact investor, entrepreneur, educator, and bestselling author

  • Innovation Governance — designing for experimentation and risk control, with Christine Duque - CEO, Alonsera, Global AI Center of Excellence - Venture Studio

  • Mindset Transformation — shifting how leaders think, not just what they do, with Neha Pandey - Director of Member Success, Asia Pacific at Leading Hotels of the World

  • People vs Process Alignment — finding the real alignment point between great people and broken process, with Nayak Abhi - PhD, VinUni Assistant Professor

  • Global Integration — what genuine integration into global markets looks like beyond compliance, with Victor Tchou - Founder & Executive Director, Aurex Capital

This is the Chopstick Way in practice: filling the strategy-execution gap, the learning-doing gap, and the global-local knowledge gap — through OKR/KPI development for public sector and BMC/BSC-based One Page for Change tools for people-centric businesses, and through S2M, our approach to closing the School-Market gap with simplified, systemized, visualized training content for manufacturing, semiconductors, hospitals, schools, and hotels.

🏫 S2M — Closing the School-Market Gap

From lecture hall to labor market - not a leap, but a bridge

S2M — School to Market is a fresh approach to upskilling for anyone starting out in their career, in any field.

It doesn't teach more theory — S2M builds the bridge that lets your real ability be seen, and lets employers find the right person before they walk away.

Training content only works if people actually absorb it. S2M is RespectVN's answer to the gap between what schools teach and what the market actually needs — by making training simpler, systemized, and visualized.

We've applied it to both legal and non-legal education content, helping organizations cut turnover and lift engagement and productivity across some of Vietnam's most demanding sectors: manufacturing, semiconductors, hospitals, schools, and hotels.

The idea is simple: if training content is hard to understand, hard to track, or hard to see, people don't retain it — and the business pays for that gap later.

🏫 Executive Briefing: The AI Era — One Living Body

A new report built on the One Living Body © Model— a holistic framework that treats your organization as a single living organism, where health, vitality, and performance depend on the interdependent functioning of 7 core elements.

This isn't opinion — it's grounded exclusively in empirical data from the 2025–2026 performance management studies by Deloitte, SHRM, Betterworks, McKinsey, Gartner, and Stanford HAI, mapped against the strengths and hidden imbalances shaping organizational health today. The core idea: if the body is weak, AI accelerates the decline. If it's strong, AI multiplies the advantage.

From Skills to Systems: Empowering Human Capability to Drive Organizational Change in the Age of AI

Most global L&D reports in 2026 are still selling the same story: AI tutors, microlearning, cost efficiency. RespectVN's 2026 L&D Report says that's not enough — L&D is no longer about delivering training content. It's about aligning human capability with organizational transformation.

Vietnam's Future Must Be Built From Within

Our latest research breaks the myths, builds toward purpose, and maps out a culturally rooted future of work for Vietnam — moving the conversation past trend-chasing language and into what's actually happening on the ground.

Vietnam's rise as a premier global destination cannot rest on cheap labor or policy incentives alone. The real challenge — and the greatest opportunity — lies within: developing people fast enough to match the pace of economic growth. This white paper confronts that gap directly, charting a path toward workplaces where talent thrives, leadership inspires, and culture creates lasting value.

Incredible pace and execution! Shipping five signature projects in eight months is a massive feat, but what really stands out here is the clear connection between what was built and why it matters. It’s easy to focus solely on output, so I really appreciate the emphasis on true impact and intentionality. Excited to see where this momentum leads next! https://jarvisreach.io/blog/free-ways-to-find-email-address
