Welcome to VCOL - Vietnam Community of Organisational Learning

In Vietnam, every organization is learning, but not all are learning organizations.

Learning organizations facilitate the learning of their members and continuously transform themselves. They are places where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, and where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured (Peter Senge).

Many organizations have achieved significant success by following Senge's disciplines. However, applying these disciplines in daily work can be challenging. Studies suggest that Senge's work requires a framework of action, with practical, concrete, and action-driven models to be studied, tested, and reflected upon.

At VCOL, we believe in the power of continuous learning and collaboration to drive organizational success. Our mission is to foster a community where individuals and teams can thrive through shared knowledge, innovative practices, and a commitment to excellence, yet at a very lean & systematic way.

Why join VCOL?
